1. Services – Refunds and Cancellations
a. Wellness Programs, Consultations, and Therapies
- Non-Refundable: All service bookings, including wellness programs, therapies, and consultations, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Cancellations (7 Days or More): Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling, subject to management approval.
- Cancellations (Less than 7 Days): No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will not be eligible for refund or credit.
b. Centre-Initiated Cancellations
If we must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule or receive a credit.
2. Products – Refunds and Returns
a. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on eligible physical products (e.g., books, supplements, wellness kits) within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
b. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Perishable or personalized items
- Digital content or downloads
c. Return Process
